Determine Eligibility

Due Diligence

At this stage the CIU will be reviewing your application. By the end of this process, the CIU will issue its approval or denial. Only due diligence fees are paid. No investment is required at this stage.

Apply for Passport

Once your application has been approved by the CIU, the balance of the Government processing fees becomes payable as well as the investment or donation amount. Finally, the passport application is submitted to the CIU.

Eligibility

  • An individual with minimum age of 18 years
  • Applicant must also fulfill requirements for investment and also invest the prescribed amount through the program.
  • The applicants are allowed to add the following depending members in his/her St Kitts and Nevis citizenship application:
  • Spouse
  • Children under the age of 18 years
  • Children between 18 – 30 years who are financially dependent on the Principal Applicant
  • Parents or grandparents of either the principal applicant or his or her Spouse who are over 55 years and financially dependent on the Principal Applicant
  • Sibling of the Principal Applicant or Spouse who is 30 years or younger, unmarried, childless and financially dependent on the Principal Applicant

Ineligibility

  • Passport application with misrepresented or omitted information
  • Has been denied a visa to a country, where St Kitts and Nevis passport allows visa-free travel
  • Citizens of Iran, Afghanistan or North Korea

What are the documents required?
