Contribution to the SGF
The Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) has been established by the St. Kitts & Nevis Government to support economic growth. From funding the construction of schools and supporting their education to mitigating the effects of climate change on the island and other several initiatives. Foreign nationals can invest a minimum of $150,000 USD to apply for citizenship in St. Kitts & Nevis.
Requirements
Main Applicant: USD 150,000 one time non-refundable contribution
Family of Four: USD 150,000 (spouse, main applicant, 2 children)
Additional family dependents: USD 10,000 (regardless of age)
Due diligence fees
US$7,500 for the main applicant, and
US$4,000 for each dependent of the main application who is over the age of 16 years.

Real Estate Investment
Invest in Real Estate starting at $200,000 USD in luxury resort developments. The investment must be held for at least seven years and can then be sold to anyone including another citizenship applicant. The Government determines which real estate projects meet the meet the requirements to which the applicant is eligible for. An applicant is only required to make the minimum investment irrespective of the number of dependents that are included in the application.
